Is it for Me?
Therapy is focused on learning to manage difficult emotions, thinking patterns and unhelpful behaviours. Whether there is a specific trigger or event, challenging symptoms (anxiety, stress, overwhelm, overthinking) or feeling stuck, therapy is chance to delve a little deeper, explore, make space and learn tools to make changes. Think of it as an investment in you – one that can bring positive changes for years to come

Explore where you are at and what you want to change; what does feeling better and deeper fulfilment look like for you?​

Understand and reflect on your current behaviours, habits, and thought patterns. Are they leading you towards the life you want to build?

​Put together a plan; first step is building self awareness and laying the foundation for positive change.

Doing the work! Building new habits, being open to emotions, creating safety in the body, creating new habits and stepping outside of your comfort zone.
