With over 15 years of clinical experience—including a decade as an NHS Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist before setting up a Private Practice—I provide a bridge between evidence-based clinical therapy and holistic nervous system regulation - the piece that is often missing in most talking therapies.

I am a therapist, psychological practitioner, and certified Breathwork Facilitator.
My approach combines the cognitive precision of CBT and ACT frameworks with the somatic power of advanced breathwork protocols.
