Hi, I’m Rachel.​

 

I help high achievers, overthinkers, and self-critics break the cycle of "productivity at all costs" to find genuine balance and alignment. With over 15 years of clinical experience—including a decade as an NHS Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist—I provide a bridge between evidence-based clinical therapy and holistic nervous system regulation - the piece that is often missing in most talking therapies.

How I Help

I specialise in supporting those at risk of burnout and disconnection. The therapy I offer is tailored to your specific needs, drawing on:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)


Nervous System Regulation: I am a firm believer that the mind cannot heal what the body is holding on to. This philosophy led me to train as a Breathwork facilitator and coach in 2025. Today, I offer Breathwork (including Conscious Connected Breathwork) both as an integrated part of therapy and as a standalone service, available through 1:1 sessions and workshops.

The reason I work so well with driven achievers, overthinkers, and self-critics is simple: it used to be me. I  understand the internal pressure of the "continuous strive" because I have lived it. For years, I regularly faced burnout and became increasingly disconnected from my own emotions. I don’t just offer tools to "cope"; I offer a pathway to heal and transform how your mind and body respond on a deeper level. When we become aware of our patterns and internal experience, we can begin to truly heal and show up in the world completely differently.
